Before a new term is about to start a new invoice will be emailed out atleast two weeks prior. Fees must be paid on child's first lesson or prior to the term starting. No exceptions will be made.

If a child commences a term it is required that the whole term is payed for regardless of attendance. Special arrangements are only made in cases of illness.

Any late fees without any arrangements made with Miss Rosanna will conclude with a 10% increase of the total bill.

Under no circumstances will refunds be given to any missed lessons. If your child is sick or you cannot bring your child to class due to family events etc, the lesson/s will still be paid for.

Any classes that Miss Rosanna cannot attend will be either made up or another RDA teacher will take the lesson.

No refunds will be given to classes missed due to eisteddfods. Within the year, Miss Rosanna holds many extra dance rehearsals to help out the students free of charge as well as dress rehearsals for the concert. This makes up for dance lessons missed.
